vMax(a: Vector, b: Vector): Vector
Computes the element-wise maximum of two vectors
Parameters
- a: Vector
  The first vector
- b: Vector
  The second vector
Returns Vector
A new vector where each element is the maximum of corresponding elements from a and b
- Defined in vector.ts:54
